I imagine a Kōtuku when I look at this stone …winging its way back from the Waitangiroto reserve to its Kahikatea home on the Taramakau River Terrace. This Pikorua carved by Robert Singer is also extraordinary and rare and not small either -approximately 8x4 cm!
